Dating back to the 1880s, Harrison House is the former factory for Harrison and Harrison, the world-renowned organ makers who build organs for cathedrals and churches across the world, including Durham Cathedral.

Offering a service which is similarly unique and bespoke, stablishing our first home here was a priority for us, whilst also allowing us to return to the original home of our holding company, Corepeople Recruitment. This old building has always been a well-loved feature of our history, and so developing Hawthorn Blue from here was especially significant to us.

Although we have long-since outgrown our original office and today are domiciled alongside our colleagues at Corepeople, it will always hold a place dear to our hearts, providing us both with our name and our branding.
